My Favorite Apps for a Productive & Positive 2018

I’m not ashamed to say that I practically live on my phone. From banking to gaming, I do everything on my iPhone, so every now and then I like to recommend some of my favorite apps that keep me on my toes and keep my life in order!

Managing a busy acting career, a successful coaching practice and a happy marriage requires a lot of help, and these are 5 tools I use to keep a healthy balance going in my life. I hope this list can also help you to create success for yourself and your career in 2018.

1) Oprah & Deepak’s 21-Day Meditation Experience

Three to four times a year Oprah and Deepak offer FREE 21-day meditation experiences. The app makes it super easy to participate, and you can actually purchase and save your favorite courses within the app. It’s great for pre-audition downtime, subway commutes, and lazy afternoons.

2) Breather

Sometimes a coaching client will book an emergency session last-minute. If I’m across town running around, it’s difficult to find a quiet space to focus on my client. This is where Breather has changed my life. You can book space for meetings of all sizes, all around the city. The price varies depending on availability and size, but the WiFi is strong, and the serenity is worth it.

(Available for Android and iPhone. Get it here.)

3) MoviePass

If you haven’t heard about MoviePass, get into it! For $9.95 a month, you can see unlimited movies. UNLIMITED! Nothing else to say! GET INTO IT.

(Available for Android and iPhone. Get it here.)

4) Enlight

The age of Instagram makes photo editing a must for all of us. Enlight is my favorite app for the job. Play around and you’ll see why.

(Available for iPhone. Get it here.)

5) Canva

Canva is basically a graphic designer in your pocket. It works across multiple devices, and you can even share with other members or your business team. Best of all, they have a FREE version. There are, of course, paid subscriptions for more advanced work too.

(Available for Android and iPhone. Get it here.)

Do you have some favorite apps that aren’t on my list? I’d love to check them out! Let me know in the comments below, and we can compile a new longer list when the blog returns in 2018.

Wishing you a relaxing holiday, and don’t forget that there are multiple chances to work with me in January if you’re ready to dive into your New Year’s resolutions pronto!
