are you living in the moment?

Here's some tips to make sure you are enjoying the journey to "getting there:"

  1. Centering/Meditating - Do you currently have a centering practice that helps you connect and ground you. Here are some suggestions
    • Take a meditation course such as Ziva Meditation
    • Download Deepak and Oprah's 21 Day Meditation Challenge
    • Use the app Calm
    • or Just feel your feet on the ground, close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Notice where you are and that in this moment, you are okay.
  2. Turn off your notifications - quite often our cell phones become a distraction from the moment. Follow these steps to turning off your notifications so that you can set yourself up to be in the moment.
  3. Community - Find support within your community. Sometimes the best way to enjoy the journey is to help people. Where can you volunteer, or show up for a talk, lecture, town hall, or event. A great resource for this is MeetUp. Become part of something greater.
